CONTEST PERIOD:

The Radix Rumble quiz administered and sponsored by Radix FZC (“Radix”) begins on November 24, 2022 and ends on December 15, 2022 (the “Contest Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

• This Contest is only available for current employees of domain name registrars and resellers which are accredited for or resell one or more Radix top level domains (each a “Participant”)
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter the Contest.
• To enter the Contest, a Participant must complete and submit the quiz before the end of the Contest Period (each an “Entry”)
• Participants will only have two attempts to complete the quiz. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these Contest Rules.
• Participation in the contest is only available online, via an invite link emailed to Participants at the beginning of the Contest Period.
• Participants will be required to submit the name of their employer (domain name registrar / reseller) and their email address, to enable Radix to verify the eligibility of the Participant; Radix may email Participants and/or their employers to confirm the same.

PRIZES:

• The Grand Prize is an Apple® iPad 10.2” (2021) - 64GB - Wi-Fi,
• The second prize is a Bose Wireless Headphones for the first runner-up
• The third prize is an Echo Show 10 for the second runner-up

WINNER SELECTION:

• All completed quizzes submitted within the Contest Period will be scored based on accuracy and speed and considered to win prizes based on the total scores achieved. One prize each will be awarded to the top 3 winners only on the basis of the highest total scoring.
• The winners of the prizes will be notified via email within two weeks after the completion of the Contest Period, and shall respond claiming their respective prize within one week of receipt of the aforementioned email. In case of no response from any winner/s within the specified timeframe, the particular prize/s shall be deemed to be forfeited. In such a scenario, Radix may choose to offer the prize to the next highest scoring Participant, at its sole discretion.
• Neither Radix nor its affiliates will be responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of a winner not being able to receive notification or for a winner not being able to respond as required.
• Winners of the Contest shall be responsible for paying any taxes or levies applicable to them on account of the prize/s that they win.
• The prize/s may not be exchanged for cash or any other item/s.
• The prize/s shall be shipped by Radix within 30 days after receipt of the response email/s from the respective winner/s, at Radix’s expense.

INDEMNIFICATION BY PARTICIPANTS

By entering the Contest, each Participant:

• Releases and holds harmless Radix FZC and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, officers and administrators from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Contest, or participating in any prize-related activity; and
• Agrees to fully indemnify Radix FZC and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators from any and all claims by third parties without limitation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Radix FZC and contest administrators assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, delayed, misdirected or incomplete Entries, notifications, responses, replies, or any agreement and release documents or for any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur (including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an entry). Radix FZC and contest administrators are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Entries in the contest. Radix FZC and contest administrators assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. Radix FZC and contest administrators are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players, or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Radix FZC and contest administrators are not responsible for any injury or damage to Participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Radix FZC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Radix FZC and contest administrators reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and / or the prizes.

PRIVACY:

Radix FZC is committed to keeping personal information it collects in accordance with its privacy policy located at: https://radix.website/privacy-policy. Radix FZC will only collect and use the personal information collected pursuant to this contest for the purposes of declaring and contacting the winners. Radix FZC will not transfer any personal information collected from the Contest to any third party. Radix FZC will only contact the Participants at the end of the Contest and will not retain any personal information after the Contest ends.

GENERAL:

Any Participant attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of this contest shall be subject to disqualification. Such disqualification shall be without prejudice to Radix FZC’s rights accruing and remedies subsisting under these Contest Rules. In addition, Radix FZC shall be entitled to obtain damages from the Participant for any losses incurred directly resulting from such conduct.

These Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over Radix FZC.
